Assessment Status

Employers / Insurers:  In January 2019, our Board of Trustees voted to suspend assessments indefinitely. The last assessment due was for Calendar Year 2018 and paid in Calendar Year 2019. All past assessments that have not been paid are still due. No assessment is due for the current year. The required annual reporting has been suspended as well. Thank you all for your commitment to the Georgia Subsequent Injury Trust Fund.
